Project manager in Brokard-Ukrayina, TOV

Brocard-Ukraine — the largest operator of the perfumery and cosmetic market of Ukraine in the luxury segment. The company manages a network of perfumery and cosmetics stores under the BROCARD brands and the online store brocard.ua.

We are expanding our team, so we invite a Project Manager to join our team. b>

Main duties:

• E-commerce project management;
• Creation of project plans with a detailed description of the project schedule, resource/budget estimate, requirements and quality indicators, as well as organizational change management measures;
• Estimation of terms and status of the project, risk management;
• Integration of a large number of project team members, employees of adjacent departments;
• Management of the omni-channel implementation project;
• Regular status, project updates with main stakeholders;
• Resource management of project team members;
• Maintenance of project documentation.

Basic requirements:

• Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts and business process improvement methods;
• Good understanding of technical aspects of online applications, web development, e-commerce, development environments and toolkits;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and systematize it;
• Ability to organize and coordinate the work process;
• High communication skills, ability to formulate one's thoughts;
• Skills for working with task trackers.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with e-commerce projects;
• Experience with the Magento eCommerce platform, -systems;
• Experience in Agile projects and Waterfall;
