What to do: ??

• Develop and fill out project documentation (project plan, charter, project passport, RACI matrix, check- letters and acts of acceptance and transfer of the execution of individual tasks, stages and the project as a whole, minutes of meetings, protocols and acts of testing, launch, transfer to operational activities, etc.), including the definition of goals, tasks, deadlines, resources and budget in accordance with the tasks of the project, the requirements of the Company's management and the immediate manager, the Customer, the Company's departments responsible for conducting project activities;
• Identifies or is guided by the chosen project management methodology;
• Identifies risks and develops a project management strategy;< /li>
• Manages the project team, distributes responsibilities and resources among project participants;
• Ensures the completion of tasks according to the plan and monitors progress;
• Solves problems that arise during the project and manages changes in the project;
• Maintains open communication with project participants, customers and stakeholders;
• Controls costs and use of project resources, manages the budget and ensures effective use of funds;
• Controls the process of completing the project, conducting testing of works performed within the framework of the project, in accordance with the set goals and requirements;?

We expect from you:

• ??Higher education, 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  Knowledge of Agile methodology;
• Experience in conducting cross-functional projects with a large number of stakeholders and involved participants (including IT teams);
• Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, etc.);
• Experience in working with IT solutions for logistics companies will be an advantage;
• Experience of working with ZED will be an advantage;
• The level of English - Upper Intermediate will be an advantage;
• Experience of managing projects in Jira will be a plus;??
