We are currently actively developing and improve our product and processes. That is why we are looking for a Project Manager who will help us structure our work and combine the efforts of the development and marketing teams to build an international social network of help.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in a Project position Manager from 2 years.
- Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
- Confident command of Jira, Confluence, Google Drive.
- Understanding the principles of Agile- development methodologies.
- Attention to details.
- Good communication skills, lack of fear of contact with new people.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

- Planning and organization of team work: joint work with the Product Director on backlog formation and sprint planning for the team, prioritization, setting tasks in Jira, monitoring execution and deadlines.
- Team management: holding regular team meetings, planning, stand-ups, onboarding new features, reviews, retrospectives and summarizing meetings. Communicating current project goals, performance monitoring and motivation to the team. Managing the team's tech stack and making suggestions for its improvement.
- Project management:working with project documentation, monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments , identifying and solving problems that may arise during the implementation process.
- Communication:communication with all project stakeholders, including development teams and marketing, CEO, Product Director and other stakeholders.
