Job description:

We are looking for an experienced project managerwho will be able to methodologically take control of the management of the initial stage of the project to build a new plant for the production of building materials with the calculation for further project management and implementation

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience of independent project management from "0" to implementation
< li>Experience in the formation and management of the project budget.
• Systematic thinking, high organization
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor the implementation of project tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone parties to the project, negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for negotiations with foreign contractors
• Ability to motivate and coordinate the work of the project team
• Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies < /li>
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Experience as a project manager in construction projects preferred
• Practical experience managing large and complex projects

Main responsibilities:

• Project implementation management from the initial stage of planning and design
• Development of a detailed project plan with definition of goals, stages, resources and deadlines
• Creation of work schedules, budgets and monitoring of their compliance
• Formation of the project team, distribution of duties and responsibilities among participants of the project
• Analysis of the execution of the plan, identification of deviations and adoption of measures for their correction.
• Coordination of work with contractors, negotiations with European technology contractors
• Interaction with all interested parties , including customers, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Maintenance of project documentation, preparation of regular reports, organization and conduct of meetings and presentations on project status for senior management.
