Here are some facts about us:

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Currently, "League of the Strong" is looking for a sub-granting project manager who will help in the implementation of projects in the field of supporting people with disabilities. It is important for us that the candidate understands what subgranting projects, what are their specifics and have experience in implementing such projects.

What will need to be done:

• Achieve the planned results and goals of the project in accordance with the project documentation, budget, national legislation and internal policies of the organization;

• Perform regular monitoring of the implementation of project tasks;

• Conduct internal assessment of project progress and results based on the Gantt chart, making necessary adjustments to the project plan;

• Manage the project team, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks;

• Support and coordinate cooperation with project partners for timely and high-quality achievement of goals;

• Plan and control budget expenditures in accordance with project needs and deadlines, conducting weekly monitoring;

• Propose and justify changes to the budget when necessary to achieve project goals and results;

• Report on the status of the project in accordance with the requirements of donors;

• Ensure proper communication with those responsible for communications to achieve project goals in this area;

• Identify and resolve issues arising during project implementation in cooperation with the head of the project office when necessary.

• Experience of working with sub-granting projects;

• Experience of work in the non-governmental sector from 3 years;

• 2 years of project management experience;

• Experience in developing and writing project proposals (will be an advantage);

• 2 years of team management experience;

• English communication skills (oral and written);

• Strong leadership qualities critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work with the project budget;

• Donor reporting experience.

• the cooperation format is remote, but a visit to the office in Kyiv is provided once a week to meet with the team (if you are from Kyiv)
