Hello! If you are reading this vacancy, it means that I invite you to be part of the realization of my dream of making a great cultural ecosystem in our Ukraine.

Do you know what UK is? National Trust?! This is a system in Great Britain that looks after cultural heritage. Ukraine is no less culturally rich, ambitious, young, bright and worthy of attention. Therefore, I have a great ambition to build a system around culture in Ukraine, so that all castles, museums, tourist routes, events, Ukrainian art, publishing houses, media are interesting and accessible to every resident of a city, town, village, settlement. For cultural venues to start collaborating with the private sector.

About the company:

Let's get to know each other - I'm Jane, Fractional COO, based in London, but my soul belongs to Kyiv. I help owners scale structurally. In my other direction, my partner and I help Ukrainians open restaurants in the UK and Africa.

I created the project viyna.net with 200 volunteers and 25 team members, who helped 1 million 700 thousand Ukrainians during the invasion of our enemy, which we will discuss shortly tell me TEDx.

I interviewed with my partner 80 Ukrainian women entrepreneurs in the Small Talk Show project.

I love museums, exhibitions, theaters, performances, all kinds of cultural places, I dream of the world around the world and Africa, I play basketball, I love specialty coffee, I listen to psychologists before going to bed, I read "I can have one onion" in the mornings, I write down every day my thoughts and meanings that I carry.

Who am I looking for?

Project manager for the first project in the cultural ecosystem of Ukraine - which is called Samvydav. This is a media that will have an online first and later a physical manifestation like Monocle. There will be a self-publisher in every city, region, town, village so that everyone has access to cultural events and knowledge. Let's start building the system in Lviv to scale it later!

• You want to create the future. Cultural future of Ukraine. I want to, and you?
• Physical presence in Lviv is important, because they say you have a lot of proactive young people there. So let's start with our wonderful cultural capital!
• Proactive patriotic position. For the project, it was not enough just to love Ukrainian. You need to be interested, go, visit, travel, read, listen, offer Ukrainian. Act!
• You are in a party. Do you know what is happening in the center of Lviv, 40 km from it, who came to Lviv from cultural figures, where are the cultural monuments, what will be launched in art halls, and where help is needed to paint the museum. If you are very interested in it, but you don't have these skills yet - also match!
• You are not looking for a job, but a vocation. I am currently doing this project out of a sincere impulse and love for Ukraine. If you have other urges, don't waste your time.
• Currently you have 2-3 hours a day, i.e. 21 hours a week, because culture is for the weekendthey do not stop, but only walk around. With the development of the project, it may take more time
• You are independent. You understand what planning, tasks, deadlines, an action plan are, you keep all your tasks somewhere. Whether it's Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Notion, or Monday, it doesn't matter. You will have to literally lead the project Self-published, can you imagine how much trust my heart has?
• You know how to communicate, control, set tasks. Because it is about designers, texts, developers, representatives of culture. The anticipation is taking my breath away.
• Creative impulses are important. Because it will be necessary to literally create Ukrainian cultural media.
• Responsibility is in your blood. If you need to be controlled, set tasks, follow you - we are not in the same direction.

What will need to be done?

• Build a business model with me to map out how we can monetize our Self-Publishing subscription. We will be able to launch new directions faster, because we have a lot of them!
• Brainstorm with me the structure of Self-Publishing, having researched currently existing media
• Fly to a strategic session with me on where we are going with you and Self-Publishing
• Visit, Google, explore places, museums, events, presentations and all cultural events in your city. VISIT - the key! Look at TimeOut - we need to build a similar system!
• Form draft texts for Samydavu (and if you're very lucky, even finalize them) that the world can see
• Publish articles on Samydavu's website
• Carry out marketing activities for the distribution of Self-publishing. Well, something for example, a newsletter for all our contacts.
• Maintenance of social media networks (with the help of third-party teams, if necessary)
• Make agreements, communicate, manage the work of teams that will help to do site, visuals, texts
• In the future, hire and manage Samvydava teams
• If you will be limited in your work only by what is written here, and you are not interested in taking on more - we are not let's get together
• Sometimes it will be necessary to travel to neighboring towns, villages, settlements to find out what is happening there

What do you want from this?

• You have the opportunity to change the future of Ukraine through the cultural component. Take her!
• You can learn all the basics of business in the world. If we are building a whole cultural ecosystem, it means that we will have many business units. I will give you all the knowledge you will need to build our Self-Publishing House.
• Your network will increase, I will introduce you to great people for projects. And how many people you will get to know by attending and collecting events. Can you imagine?
• You will be able to belong to the cultural group of your city, give interviews, write articles, describe cultural events and let all of Ukraine know about what is happening around you. Can you imagine that the world will be able to see Lviv through your eyes?
• You will be the project manager of an entire media in your city. And you will join not inside, but at the beginning, you will be able to put your own meanings and contexts into it
• You have a super free schedule, you are the manager, so that we move according to the agreed action plan
• Colland we will work out a media business model and build marketing for Self-publishing, you will have a share in the project, not just a rate or %. Everything is honest - you invest a lot of energy - it returns to you in all its manifestations.

Keep in mind that for the first 3 months - this is an unpaid internship. Based on the results of 3 months, we will be able to discuss with you the amount of the reward.
