Location of project implementation: Kharkiv region.

Project implementation period: May 2024 - February 2025.

In Kharkiv, the Ukrainian Educational Platform, with the support of UNICEF, is implementing a project of professional psychological support for residents of the region. One of the stages of this project is the development of a mobile application "Social Services of the Kharkiv region" and a chatbot for residents of the Kharkiv region, where they will be able to receive the necessary information services, as well as help in crisis situations.

If you:

• have technical expertise in the operation of such digital products (mobile application and chatbot);
• have experience in formulating clear and understandable technical tasks for contractors;
< li>have experience in project implementation;
• can work in a team;
• have a high level of communication skills;
• pay attention to details and have a high level of self-organization.

Your main duties and tasks will be :

• interaction with the team and contractors to understand their needs;
• design, development control, testing and launch of mobile application and chatbot;
• formation of technical tasks for contractors;
• control of the development of digital products;
• control of project deadlines;
• maintenance of quality communication with the involved parties project (HOVA, UNICEF, UOP, technical contractor).
