BK Investment is an investment brokerage company that provides services for attracting clients for the sale of businesses, supporting negotiations, and also helps investors in the selection of investment objects for capital increase.
During 4.5 years of work, our portfolio includes 65 successful deals on the sale of businesses and about 70 million dollars of involved investments. We work both with offline businesses (factories, resorts, restaurants, etc.) and with IT businesses, the value of which often exceeds six figures.
What will be included in the duties:< /strong>
- Preparation of contracts taking into account amendments from clients and our interests. Interaction with the legal department if necessary.
- Communication in chats, organization of meetings, preparation of monthly cooperation reports.
- Planning of project tasks and interaction with the marketing department.
- Preparation of tables for the project and filling in the data room according to the checklist.
- Supporting clients during negotiations and helping with pre-negotiation preparations.
We are looking for a person who will join now to the team and will bring order. We expect that together we will build the foundation and implement regulations and standards of customer service.

- Experience in B2B, consulting, sales department will be a plus.
