Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience work in the field of housing construction project management; 
• Skills of reading drawings, specialized education and understanding of project documentation; 
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result; 
• Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and sequence of repair works.
  

Responsibilities that await you:

• Project management:Planning, execution, control and completion of the project according to the defined objectives and constraints . 
• Organization and control of development, concept, PD: Management from the initiative to the completion of the project, including defining the concept, creating implementation plans and monitoring their implementation. 
• Search and work with SOEs/JUs, conducting tenders: Search for suppliers or contractors, organization of the tender process and conclusion of agreements with selected suppliers or contractors.
• < strong>Formation of the project budget: Calculation of costs necessary for the implementation of the project, including salaries, procurement of materials and services.
• Control of compliance with rules and procedures: Ensuring compliance with internal and external rules, standards and procedures in the process of project implementation.
