List of responsibilities :
- Management of the project team, which works on monitoring, documenting and highlighting cases of violation of rights of human rights defenders and providing urgent assistance, establishing and supporting effective information exchange between project participants.
- Cooperation and coordination of activities with other divisions of the organization (editing, SMM-department, administration), communication with managers of other areas of the organization.
- Preparation of current short-term action plans for the project team, ensuring proper and timely completion of project tasks and indicators, searching for contractors to provide services and cooperation with involved contractors .
- Planning and organizing events within the project, coordinating the release of reports and thematic reports, project media activities .
- Coordination of providing legal and urgent assistance to victimized women human rights defenders, interaction with other components of the organization regarding the protection of public activists.
- Conducting a contest to support women's organizations and further interaction with supported organizations, monitoring their activities and control of grant conditions.
- Communication with beneficiaries, partners, state authorities, mass media, international organizations regarding the topic of the project.
- Maintenance of project documentation. li>
- Preparation of monthly reports on the work performed for the management of the organization, preparation of quarterly narrative reports for the donor on the implementation of the project.

Requirements for potential candidates: b>
- Higher education in a relevant field (management, administration, public organizations, etc.).
- Previous successful work experience from three years in the field of project management, project management skills (planning, organization, implementation and control) and document management.
- Literacy, fluency in Ukrainian and knowledge of the English language (B2-C1).
- Excellent business correspondence skills.
- Ability to work in a team and establish cooperation with partners and stakeholders.
- Communication, responsibility, diligence, stress resistance, initiative, punctuality, ability to meet deadlines, attention to details, organization.
- Understanding human rights issues, non-discrimination and equality, commitment to these values. Completion of courses and seminars on human rights will be an advantage.
Work schedule: full-time employment in the organization's office in the center of Kyiv. Business trips to Ukraine are possible.
Salary:salary will depend on the level and previous experience of the selected candidate and will be determined based on the results of the interview.

Development and promotion of recommendations for law enforcement agencies, politicians and civil society to solve the problems faced by representatives of civil society in Ukraine during the war. ongoing, and during the next, post-war period Providing systematic protection for women civil society in Ukraine who find themselves in a situation of persecution, with access to high-quality emergency support, which can include financial, legal, medical, psychosocial assistance and physical protection, provision of life insurance , health and property, conducting examinations, etc. in situations of risk or threat. Support of feminist and women's associations in the regions of Ukraine for organizations or initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacity of women to implement their publicactivism, as well as education about women's rights, human rights and the role of women in the post-war democratic future in Ukraine. Conducting information and advocacy campaigns regarding the role of women in the development of civil society and the challenges they face.
