Fromthe project's objectives correspond to the tasks of the Strategy of DI at the regional level and provide for: the implementation of a minimum package of services that ensures the child's right to growth in the family environment, development of personnel and administrative capacity at the oblast and community level to ensure support for vulnerable and foster families and children, as well as the achievement of DI, raising awareness of the child's right to a family and the development of family forms of upbringing and social services at the community level , exchange of experience and best practices regarding the development of a support system for vulnerable and foster families and children in communities.

Requiredi professionaland competencies and skills:

• higher education (management or other related fields);
• at least 3 years of previous project management experience, including including in the CSO;
• experience working with projects from international organizations;
• knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications ;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
• awareness in the field of local self-government;
• leadership qualities;
• diplomacy and developed communication skills;< /li>
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• computer and technical literacy.

Main functionality:

• preparation of the project work plan and project launch;
< li>ensure comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
• ensure implementation of project goals and objectives, in accordance with commitments;
• participate in development of reporting process and further preparation of reports for the results of project activities;
• preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project, conclusion of contracts, memoranda, etc.;
• preparation of announcements, technical tasks and job instructions of team members;
• selection of candidates for the project team, experts, conducting interviews and tests, approval of candidates with the management of SOS DM and the donor;
• conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project;
• services for the preparation of presentations and analytical materials related to activities within the framework of the project and international cooperation;
• preparation of letters, including official, requests for approval to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English languages;
• ensuring partnership interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
• ensuring compliance of all purchases within the framework of the project with politicians SOS of the DM and the donor;
• development, agreement with the donor and implementation of the project monitoring system, including mechanisms for data collection, checking the quality and compliance of data, development of databases;
• ensuring all conditions for passing project and organizational audits;
• providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
