Who we are looking for
BANDA crossfit very much needed a project manager who will manage the projects "Rehabilitation through sports" and "School of Trainers", where you can show your professional qualities and take part in the development of the largest affiliated network of crossfit clubs in Ukraine. 

The project "Rehabilitation through sports" is aimed at helping people (now primarily military personnel who have survived injuries, operations after being wounded in the war) to restore their physical and psychological fitness through regular sports. This project can have a significant impact on the lives of the participants, helping them to return to an active and fulfilling life.

The "School of Trainers" project aims to train qualified trainers who are able to effectively conduct CrossFit training, as well as develop their professional skills. and knowledge in this field. Which leads to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle and physical activity.

What we expect from you

• 2+ years of experience in project management;
• Higher education in the direction of “project management”, “business administration”, “economics”, (or another related field);
• Understanding logic of business processes in different directions (marketing, sales, finance);
• High level of responsibility – you never leave things halfway;
• Organization - you independently manage your working time, set priorities and always do everything on time;
• Proactive approach - you never wait for instructions from your manager /sign from above/the correct arrangement of the stars in order to start performing some task, instead you always take the initiative into your own hands;
• The desire to grow and develop - you have saved on your laptop there is always some interesting article or podcast about current trends in the market;
• Flexibility in the approach to processes - you understand well that not everything always goes according to plan and you need to be able to make decisions that will be the most successful for business at this very moment;
• Ability to solve difficult situations with a cool mind and feel confident in conditions of chaos. To prevent it from happening is not a problem, because you always have a plan;
• High attention to detail, the ability to notice mistakes that others do not see;
• < em>Excellent communication skills, the ability to find an approach both to colleagues, to all partners/contractors, and to visitors to BANDA halls;
• The ability to useIT programs: Notion – the main working program, as well as Google Sheets, Miro, Figma;
• Experience of launching own projects or participation in international programs (Erasmus+, AIESEC , etc.) will only be a plus!

What will have to be done
Functional duties:

• Project management: planning, organization and control of all stages of the project.
• Communication: interaction with partners, contractors, participants and medical staff.
• Quality assurance: control over the quality of services provided and compliance with standards.
• Financial management: budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Marketing and promotion ( together with the marketing department): development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Administrative support: keeping documentation, organizing meetings and events.
• Monitoring and evaluation: analysis of results, collection of feedback, adjustment of strategy.
