Today we are looking for Project Manager

Cool if it's about you:       

• at least 3 years of team and resource management experience in the construction industry (development);
• successful project management experience in civil construction (from the concept to the stages of construction and commissioning);
• knowledge of norms and technological processes of construction, modern technologies, materials;
• knowledge of the English language and working with foreign projects will be a plus;
• ability to read working drawings, project documentation;
• experience in negotiations;
• ability to plan and organize the work process ;
• organization and systematicity, sociability, focus on results.

What will you do:

• management of development projects with the planned result;
• preliminary analysis of projects;
• li>preparation of the technical and economic feasibility study;
• creating project schedules and tracking the plan-fact;
• project risk management;
• decomposition of tasks and their distribution among adjacent divisions ;
• participation in the development and coordination of concepts, business plans, selection of technologies and materials for projects;
• participation in the analysis of the financial results of projects;
• formation and introduction proposals for project optimization;
• tracking innovations in construction and development.
