Needed skills:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in the IT field;
- Understanding of project management tools and processes;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of different methodologies and requirements lifecycle, as well as software development;
- Experience using Jira/Confluence (or other tracking tools for task management);
- Ability to think structured, detail-oriented, analyze and communicate effectively;
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information in verbal and written forms to ordinary stakeholders;
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions;
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs;
- Experience as a business analyst will be a plus.

- Regularly updating clients on the status of projects.
- Responding to client inquiries and ensuring their timely resolution.
- Organization and holding of meetings with clients and internal teams.

- Identification of additional needs of clients and offering appropriate solutions.

- Coordination of work between clients and internal development teams.
- Interaction with customers and various stakeholders (receiving and processing requirements; building effective and transparent communication; taking into account the interests of all parties when making the final decision);< /li>
- Solving problems that arise during work and developing action plans to solve them.
