Project manager in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

Carpathian region, Ministry of Emergency Situations / NEEKA" announces a competition for the position of project manager, on full-time terms, for a period of 9 places under the project:

"Intersectoral support of priority places of temporary settlement, providing individual support to the most vulnerable categories of persons and implementing a program to compensate for educational losses in the Western part of Ukraine".

Responsibilities:

1. Development of a project implementation plan in accordance with the defined goals and objectives.
2. Organization and coordination of the activities of the project team.
3. Evaluation of the project result and preparation of reports.
4. Control of expenses and adherence to the budget.
5. Reporting to donors regarding the use of funds and project achievements.
6. Establishing and maintaining relations with partners and government institutions.
7. Development of an effective and cohesive team.
8. Development of strategies to minimize and manage risks.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of project management or a related field;

- Experience in project activity, project management from 3 years;

- Knowledge of methodologies project management (eg PMBOK, Agile);

- High organization and attention to detail;

- Ability to work in a team and manage people;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to work with a large amount of information;

- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
