Project Manager in Onix-Systems

We expect that you have:
— fluent in English;
— has experience working with startups and creating products from scratch;
— has experience working in a service company;
— has experience working on projects with foreign customers;
— have knowledge of the software development life cycle,
—have knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies,
—have knowledge of Jira, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendar;
—have high organization, excellent communication skills.

To the tasks of the Project manager will include:
—bringing the customer's idea to implementation within the specified time;
—creating a development plan, organizing team work, setting up the project work process;
—providing feedback between the team and the customer;
—elimination of obstacles to the team's performance of tasks;
—control of product quality and development deadlines.

PM's responsibilities:
— drawing up the project plan and project documentation;
—coordinating deadlines and analyzing possible risks;
—determining the necessary resources and the working environment, their distribution within the team;
—establishing the workflow in the team (development, testing, working with requirements);
—prioritization of tasks.
