Institution "Regional Development Agency of Zhytomyr Oblast" is an institution that was created to promote the use of the internal potential of the oblast, namely attracting investments, implementing international projects, and promoting the region. 

1. Volume of works

- Interaction and coordination of 66 territorial communities of the Zhytomyr region in the search for additional resources for development, and assistance in interaction with international partners;

-Interaction with the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration and the Zhytomyr Regional Council in the formation of a strategy for the restoration and development of territories, international interactions; Zhytomyr region and sectors that need technical support;

-Consulting community representatives on grant management issues and support of international projects;

-Support of existing investment projects of the project portfolio of the Regional Development Agency of the Zhytomyr region;

-Development of inter-municipal partnership and cluster policy in the field of economic development;

-Support of the MADE IN UKRAINE program;

-Brave1 program support;

-Moderation and holding of events with integration into the EU;

-Development of reconstruction projects of Zhytomyr region.

2. Expected results

1. Generation, preparation and writing project proposals.
2. Implementation and support of projects, preparation of relevant documentation.< /li>
3. Consulting communities, business representatives.
4. Monitoring the performance of project team tasks.
5. Preparation and presentation of interim and final reports on project implementation.
6. Monitoring grant opportunities and their publication.
7. Communication with contractors and partners.
8. Preparation and participation in themakers of project presentations.
9. Development of concepts for future projects, generation of ideas.< /li>
10. Organization and holding of events involving interested parties.

3. KPE (key performance indicators)

• During the month of conducting 1-3 events for development of community competencies in project management (one of which is offline);
• Supported writing at least 2 of community initiatives per month, through consulting;
• once a month searching for grant opportunities and publishing them on the website of the Agency;
• Preparation of promotional materials of the Zhytomyr Region (presentations, articles/publications, thematic brochures, etc.);
• Searching for opportunities to participate in conferences to promote the potential of the Zhytomyr region once a month;
• Promotion and advancement of the region among donors and at the national and international level.

4. Key requirements for the candidate

- Complete higher education (law or international relations, or economics, or public administration and management);

- Knowledge of English and knowledge of additional languages ​​will be an advantage;

- Experience in project or grant management;

- Understanding the goals and objectives of the principles of regional development;

- Experience in analytical work;

- Well-developed communication skills;

- Ability to conduct business correspondence and project documentation;

- Adherence to deadlines;< /p>

- Responsibility, motivation, initiative, punctuality;

- Ability to work independently and in a team;

- Willingness to work for the restoration and development of Zhytomyr region.
