We are creating a team that will work on a tourism website. The project is quite atypical for the Ukrainian market, so you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and approaches to work.

If you are a Project Manager who can organize chaos and create a perfect website from it, we need you! If you have exceptional organizational skills, know how to inspire the team and are able to keep all the threads of the project in your hands - we are waiting for you. 

What you will do:

• Manage the project from idea to launch ;
• Analyze competitors and propose solutions to problems;
• Transform stakeholders' ideas into clear TOR for executors;
• Find contractors for various types of work and get results from them . We expect that you have proven performers with whom you have long and successfully cooperated, as well as the skills to find and establish cooperation with new ones;
• Coordinate the work of a remote team;
• Control deadlines and budgets so that everything runs smoothly;
• And of course, ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in web development project management;
• Experience with sites created from scratch and based on CMS WP;
• Knowledge of structural elements of sites and key functionality of CMS;
• Practical experience of working with design-, content-, sysadmin- teams;
• Practical work experience with confluence + jira;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions;
• Ability to effectively distribute tasks between specialists of different stacks and levels qualifications;
• High level of English;
• Creative approach to solving problems and attention to details.
