"M< b style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: var(--font-semibold)">Altian aid service" began its work in Ukraine in December 1990 in Lviv as part of winter humanitarian aid with Germany, and on February 23, 1993, on the initiative of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the German Maltese Relief Service, the Charity Organization "Maltese Relief Service in Lviv" was registered. Almost simultaneously, a branch was founded in Ivano-Frankivsk (Prykarpattia), later in Berehovo and Mukachevo (Transcarpathia), and in the capital city of Kyiv. In 2013, the centers merged into the Maltese Aid Service of Ukraine.

The main areas of activity of the organization are assistance to children in need, low-income needy elderly persons, people with disabilities, people in wheelchairs, children and mothers in crisis situations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of project management, human rights protection, international relations, sociology and other social sciences or a related field, an MBA certificate, or successful experience in project activities;
• Experience in the position - not less than 2 years;
• Experience of working in international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations and projects financed by foreign donors will be an advantage;
• Understanding the basics of project management;
• Tocertificate in team management;
• Ability to work for results in multitasking conditions;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other relevant software (especially MS Excel).

< b style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: var(--font-semibold)">Movy: Ukrainian - fluent; English - the required level is not lower than Intermediate - B1.

Main duties and tasks:

• Full support of project implementation, including management documentation according to the requirements of partners;
• Development of work plans with clear intermediate stages and deadlines;
• Ensure project implementation according to plan and budget;
• Ensure quality control and data collection for project .
• Control and evaluation of the project implementation process in cooperation with the monitoring and evaluation team (MEAL);
• Communication with donors and partners;
• Interaction with procurement and supply specialists, financiers and other employees for the successful implementation of the project;
• Initiation of meetings with management and their planning with the purpose of reporting on individual stages of project implementation according to the plan;
• Adherence to the policies and procedures of the Malta Help Desk at a high level;
• Other tasks and functions according to the job description.
