Functional duties:

• organization of a preliminary assessment of new product ideas in the direction of the "In-bulk and Contract" portfolio of projects before the start of work on the project;
• organization of solving problematic issues that arise during the evaluation of product ideas;
• monitoring and providing information to the head of the department about the progress of the preliminary evaluation of ideas in the direction of the project portfolio — "In-bulk and Contract";
• providing a proposal regarding the expediency and way of continuing work on the project;
• proposal of the project implementation strategy within the project portfolios of the direction and responsibility for its compliance;
• forming the project schedule and monitoring its implementation;
• forming the project budget and monitoring its compliance;
• organization of planned and/or unplanned revaluation of projects for compliance with initial financial indicators after each key stage of the project and/or in case of changes in projects in accordance with defined rules and procedures. Providing a proposal for their improvement;
• participation in the preparation of information for the formation of analytics on the project portfolio;
• formation of reporting.

Requirements for candidates:

• higher education in the field of project management, management, pharmaceutical production is desirable;
• work experience as a project manager or business development manager with 2 years of experience working on international projects;
• knowledge and understanding of the main stages and regulatory requirements for bringing In-bulk and Contract products to the market;
• knowledge and understanding of project management principles;
• ability to plan work in MS Project;
• understanding of the principles of calculating economic indicators of projects;
• English is not lower than Intermediate.
