The national pharmaceutical company invites to its team «Project manager".

We need an employee who has:

• higher education;
• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge and skills of working with project management methodologies. Understanding and experience using IT project management frameworks (Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban);
• Skills in creating documentation. Experience in creating roadmaps, conducting effective negotiations and resolving conflicts;
• Skills in working with project management tools and techniques, fluency in software; MSOffice; (will be an advantage);
• Proficiency in modeling languages ​​UML, BPMN and diagramming services (will be an advantage);
• Experience integrating any CRM, CMS, ERP;
• li>
• Swagger experience. Knowledge of REST API principles (be able to set a task for developing a new API or changing an existing one, API documentation);
• Proficiency in Visio, Business Studio and WorkSection tools (Would be an advantage), MS Office, SQL, CRM systems, Power BI, Figma;
• Communication, ability to plan, concern for assigned tasks and involvement in the work process, time management, punctuality, creativity, stress resistance, ability to take responsibility and close turnkey tasks.< /li>

Tasks with which you will work:

• Support the development of IT solutions at all stages of the SDLC from the formalization of requirements to testing and transfer to support;
• Analyze the received information, formalization of requirements, decomposition of business requirements to the level of individual tasks for developers, writing of requirements specifications, formation of TK/User Stories and presentation of tasks to the development team;
• Management of stakeholder expectations;
• Manage risks on projects;
• Describe the company's business processes, come up with a proposal for their improvement, digitization;
• Control processes: create timely and understandable plans, set control points, convey feedback to the team;< /li>
• Determining the necessary resources for project implementation;
• Working with the CRM system;
• Forming the backlog together with Product managers;
• Testing and presentation ready solution.
