The main role of the position: management of projects and project programs aimed at improving the efficiency of the Exchange.

What will you do in the Company:

• Implementation of various projects (increasing the efficiency of processes , automation, introduction of new products and services) with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project implementation plans and reporting.
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes due to: automation, standardization, elimination of duplication and redundant steps , simplification.
• Planning of new projects and tasks and their formalizationaccording to current requirements.
• Development, implementation and support of exchange systems.
• Preparation of presentation materials for new functionality, consultations and support of exchange employees on issues of work in systems.
• Ensuring effective communication at all levels to achieve the project's goals, full continuous monitoring of task performance by developers.
• Writing a clear and understandable technical task for developers.
