Project Manager "Distance School"

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control all stages of creating video, audio, text and interactive content of school education, ensuring compliance of educational materials with established standards.
• Control and organization of the process of creating educational content, including interactive materials. >
• Management of teams involved in the creation of content for school lessons (teachers,IT and other staff, teams of communications and methodological staff.

• Recruitment of qualified personnel, organization of training programs for new employees and training of the existing team.
• Participation in the development and implementation of the PR strategy and promotion of the distance school in the media.
• Cooperation with the media, participation in the preparation of press releases, organization of advertising campaigns.
• Presentation schools at various events, conferences, seminars. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations.
• Management of the online LMS platform: Management of the online learning platform (LMS), ensuring its smooth operation and integration of new functionality.< /strong>
• Participation in the development of detailed project plans, setting goals, deadlines and budgets.
• Maintaining communication with parents and students, solving their questions and suggestions.
• Tracking project progress, analyzing results and making necessary adjustments.
• Optimization of existing processes and development new ones to improve the quality of education and school efficiency.
• Regular reporting on the status of projects, set and achieved results.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of management, pedagogy, PR or IT.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a project manager, preferably in in the field of education or IT. Experience in PR and marketing will be an advantage.
• High level of organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Experience working with LMS platforms and creating interactive content.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the results obtained.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes and solve non-standard tasks.
• li>Fluency in Ukrainian and English at a high level.
• Ability to travel abroad
