Since 2015, the charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" has been engaged in support and assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as the development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country.

The team of BO "BF "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population.

Our organization is constantly growing and adding new projects to our wide portfolio both at the all-Ukrainian and at the local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations.

Responsibilities :

< li> Develops project documentation and prospective projects for submission to the donor and partners.
• Performs general project management and communication with representatives of the donor organization.
• Ensures planning and implementation of activities provided for in the project application.
• Prepares reporting, information-analytical documents on the implementation of the project and its components every month.
• Ensures the implementation of the financial plan and budget of the project.
• Ensures the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of project implementation.
• Ensures the correctness of reporting documentation and the reliability of the information contained in it.
•  Establishes and maintains business and partnership relations with representatives of social protection system bodies, target communities, local self-government bodies, civil society institutions.
•  Provides timely information at the donor's request.

Eligibility requirements:

• Higher education.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• < span style="font-weight: 400">Proficiency in English not lower than Upper Intermediate level.
• Experience of providing services in this field for at least 1 year.
• Experience of working in government or non-governmental organizations will be an advantage.
• Experience in data management and project documentation.< /li>
• Experience in organizing trainings and seminars.
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Resume must be submitted with the desired compensation level indicated.

The competition will take place in two stages: the first stage is a resume evaluation, the second stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage.
