Our partner, one of the largest music labels in Ukraine, is looking for an experienced Project Manager! 
You will lead the team of the future large-scale and unique project for the comprehensive development and support of Ukrainian artists.

We are launching a music platform, which in its essence will be a set of services that will stimulate the generation of new Ukrainian music and will become an elevator for Ukrainian creators. We want to launch systemic changes in the creation and promotion of Ukrainian culture.

The platform is created in cooperation with a responsible big business and an outstanding music label. And this is the first such partnership on the Ukrainian market. It is this symbiosis of expertise, creativity, systematicity and process approach that guarantees a professional continuous process.

Main duties:

• Operational management of project processes and tasks;
• Implementation and compliance with the vision and mission of the project;
• Management and organization of all components of the project: grants, camps and further new directions;
• Represent the interests of the project;

• Communication with market players, building friendly relationships;
• Control, compliance with business process requirements and building new ones;
• Coordinating and protecting budgets;

• Performance of monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of processes;
• Control of work in CRM, ASANA and other programs used by the company;
• Ensuring the implementation of plans to achieve the set goals;
• Formation of monthly reports based on work results;
• Formation of the budget and control over its compliance, as well as reporting at the end of the period.
