We are actively expanding our activities and are looking for a project manager with development experience!

Office in Kyiv (Pechersk district).

We offer:

• Salary depending on work experience and the number of projects assigned to the manager;

• Schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, 5/2 (the main thing is to focus on the result without being tied to a clear schedule);

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in residential and commercial real estate project management;
• Higher professional education;
• Skills in reading drawings and understanding project documentation;
• High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, AVK programs.
• The ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result;
• Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and sequence of works.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Planning, executing, controlling and completing a project according to defined objectives and constraints.
• Organization and control of development, concept, PD: Management from the initiative to the completion of the project, including defining the concept, creating implementation plans and controlling them performance.
• Searching and working with SOEs/JUs, conducting tenders: Searching for subcontractors, organizing the tender process and concluding agreements with selected suppliers or contractors.
• Project Budgeting: Calculating the costs necessary to complete the project, including salaries, procurement of materials and services.
• Control of compliance with rules and procedures: Ensuring compliance with internal and external rules, standards and procedures during the implementation of the project.
