We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the effective management of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities positions:

• Cooperation with interested parties and determination of project goals and results
• Detailed project planning: work schedule, budget, payment schedule, other project resources in the automated project management system< /li>
• Organization of the development of project documentation, maintenance of the documentation library at all stages of the project life cycle
• Management of purchases and contracts: preparation with the chief engineer of tender documentation, evaluation of tender offers, control of contractual obligations
• Construction management and quality control: work schedule and budget management, change management, compliance control of project documentation and quality requirements
• Ensuring coordination between construction participants and other interested parties
• Project risk management: identification, development and implementation of a strategy to reduce and respond to the implementation of risks
• Implementation and provision of project reporting
• Organization of commissioning of constructed objects

Necessary experience and professional skills:

• From 5 years of professional experience in the role of project manager of the construction of industrial facilities and management of construction project budgets
• Experience in construction quality/working model of the construction project
• Experience in working with project, executive and estimate documentation
• Knowledge of modern programs/systems/methods/management of the construction project using automated project management systems
• Experience in managing project teams
