Project manager in I3 Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing and monitoring the project roadmap;
• Provide feedback on priorities, objectives, and expectations;
• Track performance of the team members;
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Early identification of issues and/or concerns that either has the potential or will impact the project baseline;

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in hardware projects (In product company would be a plus)
• Experience with scheduling and project tracking software
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and communication skills;
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban;
• Ability to convey thoughts and messages in a clear and neat way.
