SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" is looking forEnhancement medical system in Ukraine - maybe this is about you?

The main purpose of the position-ensure coordination and successful implementation of the ERP system project.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Determining project scope, goals and deliverables. Creating a detailed project plan with tasks, deadlines and resource allocation.

• Creating and maintaining a register of stakeholders.

• Create a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed. Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates.

• Collaboration with both MZU stakeholders and the ERP integration team;

• Participation in preliminary design, development, testing and acceptance of the final product;

• Collection of business documentation and its storage on the MZU corporate disk;

• Monitoring and risk management during the project life cycle.

• Conducting a final review and obtaining approval of the results from all stakeholders;

• Creation of a favorable environment for work and resolution of conflicts and disagreements in the team.

• Clear definition and control of compliance with product requirements documentation, user stories and other business documentation.

• Preparation of reports and presentations ;

• You have an understanding of the importance of the psychology of change in the context of project management and can effectively cooperate with stakeholders of various interest levels, helping them adapt to change.

• You work with modern tools and programs for project and change management

Musthave for future colleagues:

Knowledge:Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum. High level of skills in documenting and structuring information. PossessSAP Activate methodology will be an advantage.

Languages: knowledge of the English language not lower than B2.

Technologies:Proficiency in MS Office (or similar), knowledge of ERP systems, task trackers and wiki tools (Jetbrains Space and Notion will be an advantage).

Education:higher education in management, business administration, information technology or a related field. Additional certifications in the field of project management will be an advantage.
