Requirements: From 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar position. Experience working with an NGO or charitable foundation is an advantage.

Knowledge of: principles of project work,

systems of organization and control over documentation,

management of processes and changes,< /p>

RMVOK — will be an advantage.

Fluent command of the state language, knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Punctuality, purposefulness, effectiveness, developed communication skills, multitasking.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Develops a detailed project implementation plan

Monitors the deadlines, the quality of the implemented project

Prepares project reports

Communicates with local authorities, searches for locations for project implementation, provides technical support to the project team in all project locations

Communicates with partners/donors of the project, agrees on changes, seeks funding for the continuation of the project. Accompanies the donor during a visit to Ukraine for a project activity visit.

Manages and maintains relations with the project staff. Allocates, describes and advises on the tasks of each employee, monitors the progress of tasks and provides employees with feedback, motivates to a high level of performance of their functions and duties

Manages budget funds, is responsible for decision-making.
