Basic requirements: In the field of project management, information technology, system administration or related areas. 3+ years of project management experience in the IT industry, in particular with the development and implementation of information systems. Deep understanding project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum). Skills in working with project planning tools such as MS Project, Jira. Practical technical background — MUST (developer, BA, QA). Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols. Experience in managing teams and interacting with stakeholders .Ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop strategic decisions. Functional Responsibilities: Development of the project plan and subprojects, including allocation of tasks, determination of implementation stages, resources, budgets and time frames. Management of the project team and subprojects, including allocation of tasks, task setting, performance monitoring, team motivation and conflict resolution. Support of effective communication throughout stakeholders of the project, including customers, co-executors, suppliers, partners and system users. Constant monitoring of the progress of the project and sub-projects, timely detection of deviations from the life plan and corrective measures. Identification, analysis and minimization of project risks, development of strategies for their management. Formation and control of the project budget, optimization of costs. Control of documentation and management of project documentation, reports on the progress of project implementation. Drafting of project reports and transfer of the project to operation.
