Your main tasks will be: selection and compilation of a list of investment projects; calculation of the project budget and its confirmation; creation of plans-schedules for the implementation of construction objects; preparation and presentation of investment proposals for approval at the investment committee; control over the implementation of investment projects; management interaction between the participants of investment projects; reporting and evaluation of the results after the completion of construction. We expect from you: a complete higher education; professional work experience of at least 5 years; knowledge of regulatory documents for the areas of activity and other governing documents related to the activities of the Company's construction complex; skills working with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project; experience of working in the ERP system; analytical thinking; the ability to quickly navigate the situation that has arisen and make decisions independently; organized documents, as well as an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
