1. Education:

   < li>Higher education in business, marketing, management or other relevant field.

2. Work experience:< /strong>

   • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or project management.
   • Chemical industry experience preferred but not required.

   • Professional knowledge and skills:

     • Understanding the basics of sales and marketing.< /li>
     • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
     • Skills in conducting negotiations and concluding commercial contracts.
     • Ability to analyze the market and competitive environment.

   • Personal qualities:

     • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
     • Excellent communication skills.
     • Orientation on results.
     • Analytical thinking.
     • Ability to work under conditions of multitasking and stress.

   • Other requirements:

     • Age over 22 years old.
     < li>Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.

Desired requirements:

• Experience working with large retail chains and distributors.
• Experience working in international companies.
• Additional education or certifications in the field of project management ( PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
