• you have work experience of at least 2 years in project management;
• have a higher education (preferred "Project Management" certification);
• have leadership skills, high self-organization, motivation by results, communication skills, stress resistance;
• know the methods of describing business processes;
• have project management competencies (knowledge of PMBoK, knowledge of computer programs);
• have experience in managing work groups of employees.

• manage projects (management training; support of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control stages; helping colleagues);
• organize support for the project management office (PMO). Cascade project management techniques in horizontal and vertical management.
