• Higher education by profession (economic or technical);
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience;
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities;
• Ability to make strategic decisions and work under stressful conditions;
• Proficiency in English at the B2-C1 level.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of project implementation documents;
• Maintenance of the fund of regulatory and regulatory documents related to project implementation;
• Monitoring key project indicators and reporting to the head of the GRP in case of problems in project implementation;
• Participation in the assessment of the work of consultants performing project implementation work;
• Participation in communication and joint work with consultants on project implementation issues;
• Preparation of documents related to personnel issues of the fracking unit;
