Project management specialist in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

IFB "Caritas of Ukraine" is looking for a Project Management Specialist, "Money and stability for Ukraine".

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of the project implementation system and related small projects within the framework of the response.
• Participation in the revision of the concept and strategy sustainability of the project.
• Communication and maintenance of professional relations with other organizations and institutions, collection of contact data of partners for further communication.
• Preliminary approval of contracts with partners on their assistance and organization of the process finalization, agreement of the text of the contract before the moment of its signing by the head of the organization.
• Assistance in data collection, participation in the assessment of project work.
• Preparation of reports for donors.
• Assistance in controlling the appropriateness of expenses, by informing about the points of contracts with partners.
• Working with local Caritas on reporting standards in accordance with contracts with partners.
•  Providing assistance and coordinating visits of donors, partners and etc.
• Planning of project work, monitoring and control of compliance with plans.  
• Control of execution of project tasks and assignments.  
• Logistics of events. 
• Collection and processing of information regarding project progress, challenges and possible risks of project implementation or achievement of project goals.  
• Controlling the actions of project team members in order to find and eliminate the causes of failure in the project implementation process.  
• Preparation of project reporting in various sections based on data provided by members of the project team.  
• Help in collecting success stories, photo and video reports for internal and external reporting.  
• Monitoring visits to each project location followed by preparation of reports on achievement of project performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.  
• Organization, maintenance of internal and external document flow of the project.  
• Translation of project documentation from/to English.  
• Organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, keeping minutes.  
• Assisting the project manager in developing project documentation.  
• Administration of project documentation (drafting of documents, updating, checking, support of coordination) and control of its implementation.  
• Management and maintenance of the project library in an up-to-date state, control of the presence of complete project documentation in it.  
• Maintenance of project archive. 

Requirements:

• Full higher education.
• Experience of working in international charitable organizations for 2 years or more.
• Experience work in projects with design and estimate and repair works.
• Readiness for business trips.
• A sufficient level of command of the Ukrainian and English languages.
• PC proficiency (advanced Word user , Excel,Power Point)

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• fundamentals technologies for the successful implementation of the project process;
• management, budgeting, monitoring and project evaluation tools;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
