Preferably management, economics or finance; successful project management experience of 2 years or more; knowledge of project portfolio management principles, knowledge of project management attributes, roles and tools; analytical skills; high communication skills; understanding of agile development principles (Agile, Scrum); attention to detail; high level of systematization and organization of activities; conflict management skills. We have the following vision for the responsibilities of the position: updating and administration of the project database of the NESS Group of Companies; methodological support of project managers for project management; analysis of the project portfolio by key attributes (terms, content, budget) and preparation of quarterly reports; document management R&D; administration of the project "knowledge base"; experience in conducting and processing the results of retrospectives; improving and increasing the efficiency of project management; conducting training for new project managers in the basic principles of project management by process according to the NESS Group Regulations.
