Project Management Manager.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Ensuring the planning and implementation of projects for the development of contract production and transfer to other production sites;
• Planning the work of project teams in the IFS environment: defining the structure of the stages of the project work plan, the sequence and list of planned tasks up to the action level, resource allocation;
• Formation of project budgets;
• Organization and control of project tasks;
• Control over compliance with the cost, implementation terms and achievement of project goals in accordance with the Terms of Reference, the approved budget and the Order on the nomenclature of finished products;
• Provision of timely reporting on project status;
• Organization of contractual relations between different legal participants of the project (document flow);
• Formalization of achieved project goals and transfer of knowledge about the product to relevant units;
• Implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance system in accordance with procedures, GxP requirements and current regulatory requirements.

To successfully solve tasks, you will need:

• Higher education (chemical, chemical-pharmaceutical, management);
• Experience of working in a laboratory at a pharmaceutical enterprise or in the food industry;
• Experience in the formation of Module 3 in CTD format (preferred);
• Knowledge of the technology for the production of medical equipment and knowledge of the requirements for the development of medical equipment;
• Knowledge in the field of validation of production processes;
• Developed analytical abilities, the ability to process large volumes of information;
• Responsibility, organization, ability and willingness to learn quickly;
• Confident PC user (MS Office);
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate (working with technical documentation, foreign pharmacopoeias, communication).
