Key tasks:< /font>

• Responsible for supporting project activities for the development and implementation of in-licensing products, know-how projects, innovative developments, which will be manufactured at the company's facilities through technology transfer and joint development projects.
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Responsible for agreeing terms with partners on know-how projects, innovative developments .
• Develop and agree with the responsible units on the implementation plans for the development and implementation of in-licensing products
• Responsible for Optima developmentbusiness model and ways of its implementation. 
• Finding partners for product licensing and contract manufacturing.
• Responsible for finding and evaluating partners for cooperation on in-bulk products.
• Organize and participate in meetings, negotiations and presentations with company representatives, that are interested in cooperation.
• Prepare and maintain product licensing and contract manufacturing agreements: agreements of intent, non-disclosure agreements, license agreements.
• Develop regulatory documentation regulating the work of the department.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education.International relations, Economy and entrepreneurship, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology.
• 2 years of experience in licensing  . Having experience in project management and ensuring timely implementation of products.
• A clear understanding of the mechanisms of licensing, technology transfer, joint development or contract manufacturing of products.
• EnglishAdvanced.
• Skills of building fruitful cooperation with partners and maintaining quality relations with them.
• Knowledge of project management methodology.
• Knowledge of the basics of contractual work (commercial law).< /font>
• Basic knowledge about dosage forms and requirements for pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of requirements of customs and currency legislation.
• Ability to prepare complex business plans and other analytical documentation.
< li> Ability to conduct commercial negotiations.
• Ability to conduct for the sake of strategic nature and discuss issues of cooperation.

Working schedule: MON-FRI 08:00-17:00 (by the way, we have a short working day on Fridays :)
