We are looking for a "Project Management Manager".

Your main tasks will be:

1. Management of construction projects of 110-35-10 kV electric power facilities (investment program, joining).
2. Responsibility for implementation deadlines and budget projects.
3. Management of project teams.
4. Planning and management of project resources.
5. Control and coordination of subcontractors.
6. Formation of reporting.
7. Control of fulfillment of contractual obligations. 
8. Organization of internal communication and an effective order of interaction with adjacent units of the enterprise within the framework of project implementation.
9. Organization of external communication and an effective order of interaction and cooperation with services and bodies involved in the process of implementation of construction projects.
10. Change management.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

1. Experience in managing construction projects of the electric power industry 110-35-10 kV.
2. Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, standards, rules and other normative and regulatory documents in the field of capital construction.
3. Possession of skills and professional knowledge in the field:

           - understanding of the process of procurement procedures for design, construction and installation works and equipment;

           - construction organization; - management of construction projects; - planning, statistics and financing of construction; - rules and norms of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection; reading design and estimate documentation;.

4. The ability to argue one's own opinion.

5. The ability to work in a team.

Fluent command of a PC (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerProject, MS Project - mandatory; AVK/STS-8, Teams, SAP - desirable).
