Project Lead in HARMAN Connected Services

You will be part of the extended DSP Leadership team. The leadership consists of the Director, two managers and 3 DSP architects. In this role you are responsible for all the tasks which are created by architects and assign that to the Team. You will do the planning and coordination for the work of ~40 engineers located in Poland, Germany and India for all four platforms. You will also be responsible for all the deliveries and execution of the platforms (deliver in time).

As a Project Lead – SCRUM Master you will work in an agile, cross-functional development team, you will own the features roadmap, and be the main stakeholder contact. You will support several product development teams which base their work on Amplifier platform software.

This role involves the application of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standard across all ten knowledge areas.

• Proven Project Management experience in Embedded Systems.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• Strong analytical skills to reflect the priorities of product development.
• Fluent English.

What is nice to have:

• Background in Automotive Electronics and Audio systems.
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) area.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, PMP certificate desired.
• Experience with Agile practices.
