Project Incident Manager in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Implementation of the bank-wide incident management process taking into account international standards (ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27035)
• Design and adjustment of incident registration processes in bank divisions taking into account their specifics
• Development of the structure of incident categories, SLA, workflow, dashboards, analytics and Post Incident Report (PIR) in Jira Service Management
• Preparation of a unified bank-wide incident management regulation
• Coordination of interaction between IT, operational, security and BCM teams within the incident management process
• Participation in the development and support of the business continuity management (BCM) system: business impact analysis, plan testing, event coordination, preparation of presentations and reports for the board

Main requirements:

• Higher education (technical, economic, managerial)
• 1+ year of work experience in the field of process management, IT coordination, analytics or project management
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Experience of participation in process management, automation or ITSM projects
• Knowledge of incident management principles, preferably ITIL
• Knowledge of BMS (will be an advantage)
• Analytical and systematic thinking
• Orientation on the result
• Communicativeness and the ability to interact effectively with different departments
• Stress resistance, flexibility, responsibility
• Attention to details, initiative
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level
