We are Strategy & Digital Agency INSIGHT. We are engaged in strategic support, which includes multi-channel marketing and work with the brand. These are long-term projects in which we act as a think tank and look for growth vectors.

Main niches: residential and resort real estate, E-commerce, Ed -tech, financial sphere. There are also own projects.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Be able to work not according to a template, but individually with each client
• Be a project booster, coordinate the team well and communicate with the client li>
• Immerse yourself in the client's business, be able to globally plan and forecast marketing taking into account the needs of the business, the current state of the project and the market and in accordance with the available budgets.

In addition, it will be cool if you:

• You know how to work with programs for arranging tasks, you know how to put TK
• You know how it is built marketing process in the agency and are able to make your own improvements to it
