Our employee in this position:

?        Maintains and develops systems of collection, analysis and implementation of ideas

• Communicates with the initiators of ideas: the process of submission, approval, approval, implementation-implementation, closing
• Controls compliance with the rules for consideration of ideas, interacts with experts to evaluate them
• Organizes meetings to stimulate the generation of ideas, approval for implementation, awards
• Maintains statistics of submitted, approved and implemented ideas in terms of departments, directions
• Conducts effectiveness analysis of implemented initiatives and prepares reports on the dynamics of implementation of ideas
• Communicates with employees to support a culture of continuous improvement
• Engages in the formation of training materials, instructions for users of the idea and project management system
• Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of management processes ideas and projects, develops proposals for their improvement
• Maintains and updates the project register
• Monitors compliance with the phasing and deadlines of project implementation
• Interacts with project managers to collect statuses, risks and changes in projects
• Organizes regular meetings on project status, keeps protocols and monitors execution solutions
• Provides methodological support for project team members
• Conducts project resource provisioning analysis, coordinates requests for required resources
• Deals with automation of project management processes, setting up reporting and conducting data quality control in project management systems
• Forms reporting for management on the status of project portfolio implementation.

• Analytical mindset to work well with data
• Advanced user of systems (Excel, Power BI, Presentations)
• Experience working with projects, or participating in projects - from 2 years
• Understanding the principlesproject management software (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with project management information systems (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to process large data sets, analyze the effectiveness of implemented ideas and projects
• Communication and ability to work with people (different)
• Proactive approach, targeting constant improvement
• Readiness to work in multitasking mode
• Knowledge of English at the B1 level
• Experience in building an ideological environment will be an advantage?
