Project / Implementation Manager (ERP / accounting systems) in Intecracy Group

For our partner, the product IT company A5 Solutions (https://a5erp.solutions/) we are looking for a head of the A5 Accounting product implementation team who will be responsible for organizing and managing the product implementation process at the company's clients.

The main task of the role is to build the effective work of the implementation team and coordinate system implementation projects at clients: from the start of the project to its successful completion.

This role combines team management, coordination of several projects at the same time and interaction with customers during implementation implementation.

The key focus of the role is the organization and management of the implementation process and the work of the team, not the implementation of operational tasks of the implementation specialist.

Main tasks:

•    management of a team of implementation specialists

•    distribution of tasks between specialists and control of the team’s workload

•    organization and coordination of system implementation on projects

•  management of implementation projects (planning, control of deadlines and execution statuses)

•    organization of onboarding and training of new team specialists

•  participation in presentations of the A5 Accounting product

•  participation in meetings with customers during project implementation

Main requirements:

•  experience in team management or projects (Team Lead / Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Implementation Manager)

Would be an advantage:

•  experience in implementing ERP or accounting systems

•  experience in working with accounting software (1C/BAS, MasterBukh, IS-Pro, etc.)

•  experience in participating in presale or conducting product presentations

•  experience in working with Jira, Confluence

Additional information:

•  work format: remote or office in Kyiv (optional)

•  offline meetings with clients are possible

•  if the candidate is not in Kyiv - participation in meetings online

•  work tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets / Excel, Redmine
