Project Finance Manager in ADRA Ukrayina, BF / ADRA Ukraine

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and auditing;
• 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis and/or financial management.

Terms of use:

• CPC contract type.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Weekends: Saturday, Sunday. Friday is a short day.

Duties:

• Control the daily financial operations of the project performed by the project accountant (payroll, payment of bills and other operations) .
• Prepare monthly and final financial statements for the donor.
• Prepare Cash Flow Forecast.
• Control and keep records of receipts and currency exchange, and exchange rate differences.< /li>
• Monitoring purchases to ensure the implementation of internal procedures of ADRA Ukraine and Donor Policy.
• Providing the Project Manager with information on financial issues, including providing advice on donor requirements, procurement policy, requirements of local legislation.
• Ensuring compliance with internal control rules.
• Ensuring the preparation of all necessary primary (confirming) documents regarding project expenditures, in accordance with donor requirements and ADRA Ukraine procedures.
• Informing the financial director about the project repayment rate (burn rate) and any other financial issues of current management that ensure financial planning in the Organization.

Special skills:

• Effective demonstrated use of Excel (basic level).
• Ability to use 1C (entry level).
• Ability to combine volumes of complex data into an understandable reporting form .
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Average level of English.
• 2 years in the NGO/charity sector with the support of humanitarian functions by international donors will be an advantage.
