Who we need: a responsible person with management skills, with high self-organization, with the ability to communicate with clients and approach his work RESPONSIBLY, a person who is "friendly" with numbers, can lead several projects in parallel and manage a team. confident English (spoken and written) is a must! similar experience, experience in event agencies is a must ( team lead event manager, conference manager, manager of organization of business or corporate events for clients (legal persons)). Successful experience in the development of tender and commercial proposals will be an advantage. What we offer: preparation and organization of business/business and corporate events (preparation of event budgets , participation in tenders, planning, drawing up estimates, agreeing budgets with customers, timings, interaction with partners, etc.) — office work plus sometimes (not often) coordination of the project on the site. management of permanent large clients (international organizations with which contracts for several years); What will be: work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5 days a week, but the willingness to be on call 24/7 is a must have.
