Confident English (spoken and written) is a must! Similar experience, experience in event agencies is a must (team lead event manager, conference manager, manager of organizing business or corporate events for clients (legal persons)). Successful experience in the development of tender and commercial proposals will be an advantage. What we offer: preparation and organization of business/business and corporate events (preparation of event budgets, participation in tenders, planning, drawing up estimates, agreeing budgets with customers, timings, interaction with partners, etc.) - office work plus sometimes (not often) coordination of the project on the site. management of permanent large clients (international organizations with which contracts have been concluded for several years); What will be: work schedule from 9.00-18.00, 5 days per week, but willingness to be on call 24/7 is a must have.
