Project event manager in ARENA CS

ARENA CS is a professional organizer of business and corporate events in Ukraine and abroad.
In connection with the development and expansion of the team, we are announcing a competition for the vacancy "Project event manager"

Who do we need:

• a responsible person with management skills, with high self-organization, with the ability to communicate with customers and approach his work RESPONSIBLY, a person who "makes friends" with with numbers, can conduct several projects in parallel and manage a team.
• confident English (spoken and written) is a must!
• similar experience, experience in event agencies - a must (team lead event manager, conference manager, manager of organizing business or corporate events for clients (legal person)).
• It will be an advantage successful experience in the development of tender and commercial proposals

Your functional duties:

• preparation and organization of business/business and corporate events (preparation of event budgets, participation in tenders, planning, drawing up estimates, agreeing budgets with customers, timings, interaction with partners, etc.) — office work plus sometimes (not often) project coordination on site.
• management of regular large clients (international organizations with contracts for several years);

What will happen:

• schedule work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5 days a week, but the willingness to be on call 24/7 is a must have. The length of the working day on days of preparation and maintenance of events is not standardized.
