Project Engineer

Requirements< /b>:

• successful project management experience and lean manufacturing implementation,
• understanding of manufacturing processes and standards , modern methods of production management and implementation of innovative changes,
• ownership of project management programs, Bitrix,
• technical literacy,
• availability of a car,
• consistency, organization, purposefulness, balance

Working conditions:

• salary rate + bonus, determined after the interview,
• working days Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
• office in Dorohozhichi district

Responsibilities:

• organization of work and control of projects at all stages of production, reporting,
• control of production profitability, implementation of "lean production"
• control of deadlines and production quality ,
• development, implementation and control of company standards,
• if necessary, participation in negotiations with the customer,
• control of compliance with the rules of the internal procedure by department employees,
• hiring, training and dismissal of department employees.
